Following are the weekly themes for summer at the Boys & Girls Club of Scott County. Also see the summer programs offered at the Club.
June 6-10: RED - Smart Choices & Drug Awareness
June 13-17: YELLOW - Summer Fun
June 20-24: BLUE - BGC Olympics
June 27-July 1: GREEN - Earth Week
July 4-8: RED, WHITE & BLUE - Patriotic Week
July 11-15: PURPLE & BLACK - Space Week
July 18-22: BROWN - Hawaiian Luau
July 25-29: ORANGE - Sports Week
Field Trips
Youth and teen members will have the opportunity to go to the Huntsville Pool each Tuesday (weather permitting). A swim test must be passed in order to get in the pool.
Primary members will have weekly "water days" at the Club.
Off-site field trips will be offered weekly. Destinations include Dixie Stampede, SomerSplash, Big South Fork, Tennessee Aquarium, Bounce House, and the American Museum of Science & Energy. A full calendar will be released when dates are confirmed.
